The patch has the correct aluminum wire skull woven on a black wool cloth back ground which in turn is folded over and mounted on a hardened canvas base. The cloth, base and piping are in fine condition. This collar tab passed the black light test with flying colors with one exception. The four (4) teeth sewn into the mouth, did not. All else is in orignial and correct construction....

The patch is about 40m by 55m, is made of a black wool folded over a canvas base and passed the black light test, with one unexplanable exception, the thread used to stitch the four (4) rank parallel silver piping. It may be that these were added on to an original Untersturmfuhrer collar tab. Both collar tabs are illustrated on the Dienstrangabzeichen der Waffen SS (SS Rank Insignia Chart). H.95. Very nice unissued WWII US bullion CBI arm patch. The patch is made of silk and woven silver thread mounted on a cloth backing. The upper left woven logo represented the Chinese (Sun) and the right upper logo, woven silver star, the Americans. The patch was issued to those serving in the China Burma Indian theater against the Japanese. The patch is in the form of a shield and is 3 1/3" long by 2 1/2" wide. The patch still has three (3) attachment rivets on the back. These allowed the wearer to use the patch on their various uniform jackets and leather coats. The Flying Tigers wore such a logo patch. Again, very nice condition..........

NEW! H.101. Rare enlisted man's Fire Police visor hat. Dark blue wool top, black band all with Carmine piping. The national cockade is present as is the de-Nazified Landwacht aluminum eagle. The hat has no tears, discoloration or period repairs. The cap was stored resting on it's top which has another items shadow imprint on it. Inside the interior leather head band is a German period newspaper page folded up to make the hat more rigid as was the custom of the day. The visor rim shows some chipping but is otherwise in good condition.

The cockade was worn below the party eagle logo and centered on the front of the high ranking party officials uniform visor hat. The metal constructed cockade has the two attachment prongs and the RZM logo. The cockade is hall marked M1/34. A nice item to complete a hat ensemble.........

The insignia is 3 1/2" wide at the wing maximum by 1 3/8" high. This insignia is from part of a collection assembled by a post war German airforce officer. H.97. Very nice double decal WWII German Model M-35 Kriegsmarine (Navy) helmet with chin strap and leather tonque liner. On the helmet's rear interior rim is the serial number 3464. On the left interior rim is the helmet size ET64, The helmet retains both decal logos and much of it's exterior and interior ocean green paint scheme. The helmet has one surface indentation on the top as well as a circular surface rust spot. Apparently the helmet was stored up side down therefor resting on the exterior top of the helmet. The chin strap is complete. The liner is a size 57 and a paper found stored within the helmet refers to the aluminum liner strap as R B Nr o251/0 117 dated 1944. The helmet is original and scarce..............

H.98. .Nice consigned German M-40 one piece Luftschutz gladiator style combat helmet with smooth dark blue paint, ridge round circumference and large silver Luftschutz decal on front. The helmet has the serial number 3186, E 66. There are no dents, cracks or rust present. The liner is a leather nine (9) tongue with three (3) cork spacers between the liner band and the shell. The helmet has the entire plastic chin strap still present. Very nice helmet that needs an appreciative home...................

The hat is original to the period, has white piping representing infantry assignment, has a silver embroidered wreath and raised cockade and is complete. Inside the cap is the makers information, Uniformen Kauss, Metz Goldschnied strasse 22 26. There are no tears, discoloration or period repairs. The cap seems to be in the size of 56 - 58. On the right side of the interior's leather liner band is a name, Goettmann. This is a very nice item.................

B.33 Very nice WWII German Kriegsmarine (Navy) officers Undress belt (dagger belt). The belt is constructed of black ribbed moire fabric which is slightly stiffened, with a black velvet cloth backing. The buckle is of identical design (fouled anchor) as that of the brocade dress belt. It is of solid brass or bronze and gilded and has a ink number 705 on it. The belt is 44" long and has a brown leather strip sewn on the reverse with punched two (pairs) holes so that the belt waist size could be adjusted. The belt has two identical metal slides with circular lion faced plates and a small ring at the base for dagger or sword suspension ring attachment. This original and authentic belt is quite rare and would look great with a pair of hangers and dress naval dagger of sword. The belt is tear, frayed, moth free and complete in design. The leather and metal fittings are likewise in good condition...........

B.40. Very nice WW I German Army "telescope" belt buckle and leather belt. The buckle is made of brass with the silver Prussian roundel center mounted on the front with the GOTT MIT UNS logo. The buckle is of the telescope machine gunner design, 4 1/2" long by 1 7/8" high. The leather belt is 40" in length by 1 3/4' high. The leather is still quite supple. This is a very nice find, recently obtained in Germany.................

WWI/WWII brass belt buckle worn first by WWI Austro-Hungarian who originated from Yugoslavia and later in the Second World War by enlisted members of the SS HANDCHAR and KAMA Divisions whose troops consisted of Muslims under German command. The buckle is made of stamped out brass, is 2 5/8" across by 2 1/8" high. The logo is of a wielded scimitar sword held by a suit of armour arm with a shield. It is in fine condition and can be worn with most German uniform belts.....................
